My History With Digital

I started getting into Digital art in the year 2020, I thought it would be a good still to learn if I want to be an animator one day. Up until now I’ve been making illustrations on Procreate, in 2022 I took an animation class and began doing more animation based art. I created my first animation in December of 2022 and I’m now making my 4th animation almost a year later. Digital art has been my safe space, I could just whip out my iPad and start drawing for hours. Threw out the years I’ve been practicing and learning how to use Toom Boom Harmon and other drawing app, there’s been ups and downs but I love what digital art has become to me.

On The Inside is so far my most meaningful animation. It’s about depressions and not exceeding peoples expectations. I’ve struggled making everything perfect and putting my peers needs before mine, so as soon as I switch moods or have a bad day people notice it and they take it personal. This animation is about my struggle through that pain.
